I’ve been absorbed with Baldur’s gate 3 since the 3rd of this month, and The break has been really good for regenerating will to get back into art.
What kind of art? Probably the comic still. It’s the only method I have of really conveying my intent at this point. And with the exception of one artist (Nissdixon), and a tiny handful of Terrato folks I have in my chat, I never quite found the audience I was hoping to get. My Friends trawl the internet in search of like-minded folks, but then they spot someone who made a plane with eyes in the style of Dire machines, and they show it to me. What I see almost without fail, is my concepts put to the sword for someone else’s barely hidden Vore(erotic cannibalism), Whale/Dolphin Bestiality, or Obesity fetish. I don’t see a fix for this issue other then to quit drawing porn completely as it has been monkey brain neuron activation for some of the most socially fucked up people I have ever consistently met. All I wanna do is make myself less interesting to autistic porn addicts, and AI scrappers. That Maybe if I just don’t show anyone the porn anymore, but quietly hide it here on this site, then more of the kinds of people im looking for would care about the trans humanistic stories I’m writing (wishful thinking?). I’ve even been mulling over a story featuring my own spin on living machines, but I’ve been hesitant to post anything about it because the jet swallows a mechanic who’s trying to figure out how she works (he gets out), and I am worried I’ll be shunted off to the “fetish” category before I can get to the real meat of things. Seeing how pointed the opinions are, I’ve actually considered rewriting a lot of it.
Btw, it’s not your fault. The reason “living machine” and “heavily anthropomorphized machine” are so often lumped together is because they are similar premise, and obscure enough to not have a lot of content yet. They are not the same, but each has their place. We just need to educate people on what the differences are.

My take is that pilots get all the chicks so they dont get interested in the plane XD! But on a serious note I feel that us mechanics are more connected to the vehicles we fix because we know all their needs, we work hard on them while pilots just fly the thing, so there is no bond. And well the employer is fine, Ryanair is what it is, but it is such a good company for starting and getting experience to jump to another airline.
Im kinda late to party, but anyways, I’ll leave my thoughts. For me, I always found very interesting the relationship between humans and dire machines. It is such an intruguing concept to think about co-living with dire machines and how that life could be, and the reason as to why I like your work is not the porn, but the thought behind it.

I get the point you are going for with protecting your creations, but don’t understand why you’re getting upset with the anthro side of things. Aero- and other morphs were not your creation, they were not popularized by you, nor do you seem to draw them as much anyways compared to the dire and other stuff. What are you upset about?
I love your work, though I am more interested in female Dire machine then male, all of your work is truely unique. I can’t hope to know what you are going through, but I do hope you continue to share your art of human and Dire machine intimacy and affection.

The SR-71 is indeed a big crush of mine. But my nickname is the name of my ultimate mecha love: Star Treks Galileo 7 shuttlecraft. That’s how I discovered my type: extremely fast and preferably with big engine nacelles. And some elegance too. It sets me on fire. I was 11 and in early puberty when I watched a docu about fighter jets. I felt pure excitement and a desire to touch them.
