Hi Timbo! In manny of the cases I just collect a bunch of these pics from pixiv, /m/ 2chan, and various sites to consolidate into a quality controlled gallery setup. I dont own manny official art books tho, so I guess an image this good probibly isn’t fan art as you’ve said but ive been fooled before. Anyway, Welcome.

You should be able to find it on /rs/ in a bit. It disappeared but I’ll reup it.
