Commish – Tankmorph “Vernin”

These images always make me smile, If you’ve been following Atoll lab even just a little, morphs like these are just more evidence that some human decided to accept the love of a machine, (someone got knocked up) and the product of that union being another machine but with vaguely human features.  So goes the idea of any human x Dire machine relationship. The 38(t) BTW, is a small tank So “Vernin” the Czech version of the early German WWII tank is not 12 feet tall but more like 9 1/2 feet . Hes a shy guy and works at a military museum with other Living machines. (according to the character owner)
Morphs can mate with any of the 5 machine subtypes, but tend to prefer humans as the Dires often do. The trouble with this, Is that Machine DNA is aggressively dominant. So any children from a man machine union will always be a machine. This frightens the Anti-machine terrorists and non alliance adopting countries because it means that humans could go extinct if something is not done..
On the other hand, if you ascribe to the transhumanist view of the future of people on the planet, humans simply evolving into the machine race is probably where things are really going.

Best part of this design is his single Cycloptic eye at the top of his head. At first I wasn’t sure about it, now i am convinced it’s genius. Especially when he peeks out over tall grass.
