Even during the jobless corona crisis I find myself in, I am extreamly wary of taking commissions these days as many of the clientele who would pay me either want to haggle over pricing, or assume I will draw any fetish simply because of the negative reputation that porn art beings.

Too be honest, I wasn’t aware of the ‘one lifemate’ canon at the time of commissioning, so there’s that.
But yeah, mostly supposed to follow the established lore.
The gist of their story though is that the Cheyenne was one of the original prototypes that he saved from being scrapped when the project was cancelled, and the Blackhawk prototype was showing symptoms of conversion when it had its fatal crash and he basically stole the wreckage and got her to an air field with mechanics that had experience working on living machines, though honestly, most of the work was done by her own nanites.
I dont think you have to adhere to any lore rules that i make up personally. You can just take the concepts you think are fun and build your personal adventure. All of this is based on a fetish/based around a sex fantasy. Whatever you like o7
I like the alternate version better. I’m also pretty sure that that guy had three sons, not too sure because vehicle sexing at a glance is impossible.
according to the commissioner, there is some level of pre-exsisting story involved (A human man saves two female helicopters from death, and then has 3 kids with both of them. 2 twin girls and one male). Im not sure if its based on Dire machine lore or not.
For one thing, in Atoll lab you cant have kids with 2 different women because you can only choose to form the bond with one. So I didn’t give him the traditional grey arms and hair. Honestly adherence to cannon isn’t really important though, I just like living machines.
